Who is responsible

When you enquire
Your email address and message let us understand your request and reply. Name, business and timing are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information. We use enquiry information to take steps you request before a possible contract and to respond to business correspondence. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list.
How an enquiry reaches us
Cloudflare hosts this website and the enquiry service. Resend delivers enquiry emails to our Google Workspace inbox. They process information to provide these services. A temporary encrypted delivery copy supports recovery; it is cleared after acceptance by the email provider or within 24 hours. Technical action records remain for up to seven days. Cloudflare Free database backups may retain deleted records for a further seven days. Provider and hosting logs have their own service retention periods; Resend currently lists 30 days.
Retention
Our mailbox rule is to delete enquiries that do not become client work within 12 months of the last meaningful correspondence. Client, contract and accounting records may need different retention, explained when that relationship begins. Limited records may need to be kept to handle a dispute or meet a legal obligation.
Service providers and international processing
Our providers may process data outside Malta and the European Economic Area. Their applicable processing terms and transfer safeguards govern that processing. Access is limited to the people and providers needed to handle the enquiry and operate the website. Contact us for details of the arrangements that apply to your information.
Security and browser storage
Hosting and security services process request information to protect and deliver the website. The form uses a random recovery key in session storage so you can check an uncertain submission without sending again. It does not store your message in browser storage. The offer stores a session-only display preference; the Morrow demo stores fictional shortlist choices. These demos cannot send a real booking or order.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and durably accepted enquiries. It does not receive your form entries, enquiry recovery keys or URL query parameters from our event code. Analytics is blocked before consent and after rejection. You can withdraw through Analytics preferences. Your choice is stored for 180 days. Google Analytics user-level data retention is set to two months; aggregate reports can be retained separately.
Your choices and rights
You can contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, or object to processing where the applicable right allows it. Withdrawal of consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can also complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner at idpc.org.mt.
Analytics cookies expire after 60 days without renewal. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
