The idea
Can a property website feel confident, practical and a little more human?
Morrow imagines a residential estate agency in Malta. Oversized lettering, warm yellow and black, and lived-in interiors establish its identity. Clear listing cards leave room for the facts, while quieter editorial sections bring a personal tone to the search.
Homes with their own character
Seven fictional homes range from apartments to a courtyard townhouse, a split-level maisonette and a garden-facing house. Each listing has a matching second image and its own synthetic property details.
Useful discovery tools
Locality, bedrooms and maximum-price filters narrow the collection. Visitors can open a two-view gallery and keep a session shortlist as they explore.
Context carried into the enquiry
Viewing enquiries retain the selected home; shortlist enquiries keep the chosen favourites. Buyer preferences and valuation forms are validated locally, with no sending or booking.

About this concept
A complete idea.
A clear boundary.
Morrow is a fictional agency. Every home, price and measurement is a design fixture; the listing photographs are generated imagery, not real properties. Enquiries remain local and no viewings are booked.
The interactive site is a desktop edition. This case study adapts to smaller screens; detailed mobile work on the demo remains outside this edition.
